About Kelli Calabrese
Kelli Calabrese – MS, CSCS Kelli has been a fitness leader for over two decades. She is a clinical exercise physiologist and has attained 24 fitness, nutrition and lifestyle consultation certifications. Kelli owned and operated a chain of health clubs in NJ for 14 years and coordinated corporate fitness sites for clients such as Calvin Klein Cosmetics, BASF, Beneficial Insurance and Nabisco. She founded Xercise Institute, a school that prepared over 3Kcandidates for the American Council on Exercise exams.
Kelli is the author of Feminine, Firm & Fit – Building A Lean Strong Body in 12 weeks. She was the lead fitness expert for eDiets and eFitness for 3 years. She is the editor of Personal Fitness Professional Magazine and is a media spokesperson for clients such as Centrum, Campbell's, Quaker, the Watermelon Council and others. Kelli has consulted for companies such as Alt MD, Glaxo Smith Klein, My Nutrition Store, and Smackers'. Kelli's articles have appeared in hundreds of publications including Web MD, Weight Watchers, Women's Day and more.
Kelli's personal mission is to provide individuals with the tools to make health, fitness and wellness a permanent and enjoyable part of their lives. The tools she uses to do that include helping to raise the bar for fitness professionals in the industry. She has sat on many committees of certifying bodies, spoken internationally and done much media work to better the careers and lives of personal fitness professionals. Her latest program is called Personal Training – The Prosperity Formula.
Kelli is the master international facilitator for Adventure Boot Camp and runs a women's boot camp in Argyle Texas. She is the on the advisory board for Perdue University, iParenting, Motion Medica, Fit TV and the Personal Trainer Business Association.
