ClubMarket, Inc. is a privately held Chapter S corporation in Massachusetts whose mission it is to offer a wide array of wellness information, products and services to mankind. Currently all of the outstanding shares are held by its founders. The company is seeking outside investment to help accelerate its growth.

ClubMarket, Inc. operates 2 major infomediaries: FitCommerce.com and FitcomHealth.com

FitCommerce.com is a portal website for professional wellness personnel such as fitness providers consisting of health clubs, gyms, and exercise studios; personal trainers; group fitness trainers, yoga, Pilates.

FitcomHealth.com is the sister website which is geared to the public at large. It's niche is to provide useful information on "preventive health" that can avert disease before it occurs. Typically the content is oriented around topics of fitness, weight loss, proper nutrition, and lifestyles. The site eschews information on pharmaceutical drugs and surgery, or what is considered acute medicine after the fact.

Economic Model

Both websites display both primary ads and secondary Google ads for a revenue stream. They also resell products related to health and fitness.

New Media Services to Wellness Companies

The company also has competencies in writing and web development and assists companies in bringing products and services to market. It offer services such as public relations, marketing writing services and particularly web development through it's firm, FitcomDesign.com .

It is also the sales and support arm of a contemporary publication software, Blueprint Solution , for periodicals, associations, trade shows, and business portals

Franchising

The company also has a franchising arm and is an agent to assists companies is franchising their wellness offerings. Currently, we are the sole broker for the Lotte Berk Method .
