A simple weight loss tip - drink water just before your meals

According to a study out of Virginia Tech University, if you consume 2 cups of water before meals you could drop 15.5 lbs in 3 months.

Some interesting research came out of Virginia Tech University…if you drink just 2 cups of water before your meal you could, an average, drop 15.5 lbs. within 3 months. That's right, those subjects who regularly drank water before meals lost the weight while the control group lost none. Sounds easy enough! Researchers attribute it to a shrinking of the appetite, so you eat less and consume fewer calories.
Don't forget to drink only clean pure water, use a home water purifier to remove toxins, chlorine, lead and bacteria. Save our good earth and forgo throw away plastic water bottles Take your own filtered water to work in a recycled glass bottle (and save a lot of money at the end of the month while you're at it).

How much water to drink?

The rule of thumb is eight 8 ounce glasses per day. This may not be enough on certain hot days with high physical activity, and too much on slower cooler days. Use the urine color test. If your urine is clear, you're properly hydrated, if it's yellow, your dehydrated.
